Reflection
The internship program has provided me with the prospective recreation, park, and leisure services skills. I have consequently developed a professional learning experience in the organization, under the combined supervision of a qualified firm supervisor and the college internship supervisor. Therefore, I have equipped myself with the relevant professional skills and knowledge in the PRT management and operations.
The coursework has enabled me to integrate the knowledge, methods, and theories from the coursework and the vast experiences in the field. I have been able to develop and present a comprehensive operational and the management problems and plans. The skills have further broadened my knowledge to operate professionally in the wider PRT Management profession. The skills have been demonstrated in my works as an intern in the scheduling of the travel routes for the clients, the financial planning like the generation of the cars price quotations from different car hire companies, and the hotel prices in the western Yellowstone.
I have also shown success in the PRT management by capturing all the basic operations’ skills in the travel company by making prompt orders and schedules for the customers in time. It requires good knowledge and understanding of the customer needs and quick decision-making skills to deliver the required services efficiently. The proper collection of the information and data is an important part in the PRT, as the constant feedback from the customers is needed to factor in the next activity. The consistent flow of information helped in making changes and improvements in the consequent services and products.
Following are all the reflections during the internship.
